Returns Policy

Effective as of 1 November 2023

  1. Returns and exchanges: For items purchased online or via email, phone call or WhatsApp, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery/collection date. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us as to obtain authorisation. Please include the item’s order/invoice number and your reason for return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are sent back without authorisation may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange request.
  2. Return method: We will collect your return or exchange item within 30 days of your request.
  3. Condition of items: Except for items that were damaged upon delivery/collection, boxes should be unopened, unused and undamaged, with all original packaging in place.
  4. Defective items: If the damage to the item/s is only found upon opening a box, we will accept boxes that have been opened.
  5. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, or a credit note will be issued, this will be at our discretion. If only part of an order is defective (e.g., one sleeve of cups) your account will be credited with the relevant amount. If more than half the box is defective, we will replace the entire box or refund you for the entire box.
